Cancellation Policy
If canceled 28 days or more prior to the planned arrival, there will be a full refund less an *administration fee of $30.
If canceled less than 28 days prior, a full refund less $30 will only be given if the unit is re-let for the entire period of the original booking.
* The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting & banking the monies, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, postage, covering letter & bank charges. |
